LA MAISON DE LA PLACE, 1 BEDROOM APARTMENTS SLEEP 4 - Les Oliviers and Les Tournasols
 Both apartments sleep up to 4 people and are located on first and second floors of the house, outside is plenty of shaded seating for people watching and enjoying a relaxed way of life or of course at one of the local cafes for a glass or two of local wine, an oyster and shell fish bar a short walk away, as well as shops, bars and restaurants.The ideal place for a break for exploring the wonderful region of the Western Herault or for visiting further afield many of the features of this part of France. The wonderful sandy beaches, historic chateaux and abbeys, the hills, lakes and mountains of the Languedoc National Park are on the doorstep or for enjoying local leisure pursuits. These include walking, canoeing, horse riding, climbing and of course golf is available in Beziers or Lamalou les Bains. Thats of course without visiting many of the local chateaux and wine domains locally. Carcassone is an hours drive. There are both a 3 night break including Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights or 4 night break on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights available except in July and August when reservations are Saturday to Saturday and a one week minimum stay is required. |
 With original beams and exposed stone walls in Les Tournasols, this large single floor open plan apartment is designed to provide plenty of light and airy comfortable accommodation for two, as well as a large sofa bed in the living room perhaps for children. A half height wall separates the lounge and bedroom with en suite shower room and WC. Both lounge and bedroom have windows overlooking the square. The bedroom has a double bed with built in wardrobe, dressing table and mirror, bed side tables.The lounge has a large L shaped sofa that converts to a double bed or can be used as a single bed. English Sky channels and French terrestrial channels are available. Books, DVD, CD and board games, giving a relaxed home from home environment. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a breakfast table and storage cupboards and includes fridge:freezer, oven, hob and extractor, microwave, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and cutlery and crockery for at least 4 people. Linen and towels are provided including beach towels. A high chair and cot are available on request. In the downstairs entrance hall bikes can be stored and there is a local hire shop for bikes also. Les Oliviers on the second floor is similar except there is a separate bedroom from the lounge with an ensuite bathroom with corner bath with shower and WC. The views over the square are similar to Les Tournasols both from lounge and bedroom. The dining area can accommodate 6 people. All facilities are similar to Les Tournasols. |
Both apartments are available as a whole or as 2 individual apartments for weekly lets in July and August on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Or for 3 night weekend breaks or 4 night weekday breaks as mentioned out of peak season or of course on a weekly basis if required out of season. All reservations include an end of stay clean. For longer stays additional cleaning and linen change can be provided at cost. A welcome pack is available at cost on request. Reservations is subject to contract with payment in advance and a refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is required in every instance when reservation is made for each individual apartment. |
