 With panoramic views of the sea front, close to the centre of this historical town, Cagnes sur Mer, on the Cote D'Azur. It is a two minute walk to the Friday morning market, shops and restaurants. Sited midway between Nice and Antibes, it is an ideal location for exploring the region or for summer holidays. 15 minutes from Nice Airport, the apartment is furnished to a high standard.Facing onto the sea front, the second floor apartment is ideal for up to 4 people, and can accommodate 6. The main double bedroom has built in and free-standing wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 double bed settees. A separate fully fitted and equipped galley kitchen with microwave oven and grill, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine is available. All crockery, cutlery and linen is provided. The lounge has a dining area, with sofa bed and matching furnishings. Large double aspect French windows open onto the front balcony giving panoramic views from Nice to Antibes. There is thermostat controlled central heating for those using the apartment out of season. T.V. with main French and some English channels, radio and music centre are provided. A 4 piece bathroom as well as separate WC are available. There is a private secure reserved parking space for those using the apartment. For exclusive use of residents, within the communal grounds there is a large swimming pool with sunbathing terraces, and children's play area. |
 LocalDirectly opposite the beach has a number of restaurants and water sports facilities. There is a small fishing port in Cagnes, but boats can be hired in the Marina Baie Des Anges, about a 5 minute drive away.Cagnes Sur Mer is an historical perched town, with its Chateau, now a Museum host to many artistic events. Renoir spent his last years here. Nice is about a twenty minute drive away and offers many places to visit not least the Promenade des Anglais. Antibes, home to the Picasso museum with its historic town and yachting port are nearby. |
