• Our holiday rentals have been selected for those using our services or requiring a holiday in the sun.
• We have properties in the Languedoc as well as an apartment between Nice and Antibes, in Cagnes sur Mer.
• All have full self catering facilities and include an end of stay clean and linen.
• The price you see is the price you pay, all are weekly rates with Saturday as the main changeover day in season.
• At cost airport pick up can be arranged.
• No smoking is allowed on any of our rental premises.
• Pets are allowed subject to conditions and charges - please enquire for details.
• A deposit of 300 Euros per reservation is required and reservations are subject to contract.
• Weather is 300 days of sunshine per year with summer temperatures in often in the 30's and we count ourselves unlucky if we have a frost in the winter, with winter temps often around the 15 degrees level. By end of February it is often possible to eat out of doors.
